Backflow Kit Repair & Calibration

We offer complete repair and calibration on any kit. We also offer to check any leaks in valves, seals, and "O" rings. We offer quick turnaround on all orders.

We buy our replacement parts only from the best manufacturers in the world. We buy straight from Mid West and Orange Research. We don't buy low quality parts and we don't do low quality work.

We offer 1 day turnaround for up to five pieces.

Pressure & Vacuum Calibration

We have a state of the art deadweight tester. A Model 289 Gilmore Calibrator. The Gilmore was manufactured for use with NASA and we can bring that level of quality to you! The Gilmore is capable of testing up to 6000 pounds

With our pneumatic deadweight testser we can calibrate pressure and vacuum up to 10,000 PSI. Exotic ranges are also included. High Vacuum, in H20, pressure up to 10,000 PSI. We can calculate anything on our state of the art deadweight tester.

This tester also offers an 02 cleaning during testing. This allows us to get your instruments back to you as quickly as possible. We strive for as little downtime as possible, and our customers have always respected our ability to take repairs on an "as needed" basis.

Fill plant operators, we can work on orders over the weekend (Bring it in on Friday) so you have as little downtime as possible.

Vacuum Filling

We offer multiple vacuum filling services. We have the same level of excellent quality and quickness as we offer with our other services. We strive for as little downtime with your parts as possible.

We fill any instrument connected to a diaphragm seal. We also offer to fill new installations. We can also fill any system in service that needs to have any amount of oil added.
